The simple answer is no.
There are two models of A65 that had starters, but those engines are very rare, and the parts to service those engines are not available. There are some experimental starter set-ups using hand drills for a motor, but I can’t recommend them.
Propeller technology hasn’t really changed since the 1930s. Longer props with less pitch give you better take off performance and climb. Shorter props with more pitch give you faster cruise speed.
You actually need to match your propeller with your air frame design. Slow or STOL airplanes like a Cub or Zenith 750 STOL perform better with long props with less pitch.
If you pitch your prop so the engine will turn maximum rated RPM, with the airplane flying straight and level, you will have good performance all around. You can decrease the pitch to get better take off performance, but you must be careful not to exceed redline RPM.
The best carburetor for a little Continental engine is the Marvel Schebler with an accelerator pump.
The Stomberg carburetor is a little cheaper, but you don’t have the advantage of the accelerator pump.
For peak performance, you need to match camshaft, propeller and airframe. If your airplane is a STOL airplane, a C90 camshaft with a long propeller will out perform an 0-200.
If you have a fast airframe, or want higher cruise speeds, an 0-200 camshaft with a shorter propeller will out perform a C90.
Both magnetos are high quality units. Parts to service the Bendix magnetos are less expensive in the long haul. Slick magnetos are a little lighter.
